Well we got to the finish! The amazing adventure of the 2024 Tour de Corse Historique draws to an end. The classification is a bit different here but there were 388 cars started. 202 of those were in our rally, the rest in the regularity and legends categories. 116 of the 202 retired so only 86 actually finished the whole event and only 43% of cars completed all the stages. The RSR prepared Escort ran flawlessly throughout the event and the high drop out rate is a testament to the incredible preparation by RSR. 64 crews who retired fixed their cars and carried on later under super rally rules so there were 150 cars over the finish line. We finished 14th in H1 which is based on the age of the car, 1st in Group 2 which is based on the type of car and 1st in Class B5 which is based on the engine size.
